Delete Your Restokk Account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Restokk app.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open Restokk on your device
- Tap the Settings tab (gear icon)
- In the Account section, tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm by tapping "Delete Everything"
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your Firebase authentication account (Google sign-in)
- All inventory items, categories, and storage locations
- Shopping lists and purchase history
- Saved recipes
- Reports and pantry health history
- All app settings and preferences
This action cannot be undone. All data is stored locally on your device and will be permanently erased. There is no cloud backup to recover from.
Delete Data Without Deleting Your Account
If you want to clear your app data but keep your Google sign-in:
- Go to your device's Settings → Apps → Restokk
- Tap "Storage"
- Tap "Clear Data"
Data Retention
Restokk stores all data locally on your device. We do not maintain server-side copies of your inventory, shopping lists, or personal data. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
Firebase Analytics data (anonymous usage statistics) is retained by Google per their standard retention policy and is not personally identifiable after account deletion.
